Domestic Delivery Information

We will send your items by Australia Post to the delivery address you provide to us.

We use both courier services and Australia Post for our deliveries and choose the fastest delivery service for your location.

We suggest you allow for up to 5 business days for delivery in Australia. Australia Post will deliver goods within 1 – 5 business days of lodgement (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you require your item by a specific date we suggest you utilise the express shipping option.

Upon your order being sent you will receive a confirmation email with your unique identification number which will allow you to track your article to know where it is at all times and when it has reached its destination. To monitor your parcel enter your unique Australia Post tracking number online at http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Our parcels are $9.95 flat rate within Australia.

You can leave instructions in the “delivery instructions” where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address. Please note that we accept no responsibility for goods to be left at your nominated address.

All delivery times made known to you are estimates only and we not liable for late delivery.
Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges.
If you need the order urgently, we suggest you request to upgrade to Australia Post Express Post.
