We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and have a 100% money back guarantee on any item that is faulty, or defective in any way.
If your item is faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault, date of purchase and your order number. We will provide a mailing address for return of the faulty item and arrange for a new product to be dispatched ASAP.
We understand that the item may not be quite what you expected upon receipt and are happy for you to return an item within 30 days of purchase.
Refund items must be in original condition, original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition we will refund via the original payment method, excluding postage costs. All returned products must be:
1. in original, new condition
2. in original packaging with tags attached
3. undamaged and unused
4. items received as gifts can be returned for credit
5. sale items are final and non-refundable
6. in a re-saleable condition; and
7. returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
We require that items being returned are tracked and insured to prevent loss. Please retain proof of return through Australia Post. We will not refund postage charges, gift wrapping or Afterpay fees. Refunds and store credits are only issued once the item/s are received by our warehouse.

We are not liable for returned goods that go missing in return transit and we will deem you not to have returned them. It remains your responsibility to ensure goods are appropriately packaged to ensure they are not damaged while being returned.
Afterpay refunds are subject to Afterpay fees. Refunds for purchases made with Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay non-refundable merchant fees of 6% of the order plus the 30c transaction fee. Dashdu is unable to recoup these transaction costs from Afterpay when an order is cancelled.
